Race Queens (Part 1)

Ladies and Gentlemen, the following are the long awaited photos of the race queens I've taken during the Super GT Series. You will find that the photos are with watermark for copyright reasons. Top Speed on dyno

This is the clip I promised on the top speed of my friend's car.



The speed you see is only on a dyno machine, it's just for one to find out just what kinda speed the car is capable of. Of course you won't be able to reach that kinda speed on the road due to the fact that the faster you go the greater wind resistance becomes. So many things comes into play - horsepower, aerodynamics etc etc.

Dyno testing

Finally reached KL and after checking in and dropping our stuffs at the hotel, the 2 cars rushed to ST Wangan for some servicing and dyno testing. Saw lotsa tasty parts for sale, Ogura clutch, Tein mono flex coilover and of course my most wanted: Aragosta suspension!

The top speed for both RX8 - 293km/h! Hell I didn't know their cars can be so fast, I'll upload the video in a later post.

Road Trip

I left for Sepang in the wee hours of Friday morning and it was my friend who insisted leaving at 6 am, damn that bastard. I'm fine as long as I don't get to drive during the 3 hours. We had a three day pass for the Super GT Series which starts on Friday afternoon but I only went on Sat and Sunday cuz we took our cars for some additional mods and done some dyno testing.

International Super GT

Yup, I was there amidst the action over the weekend and boy was it GOOD! As usual, the weather over this part of the world during this period is high humidity and high temperature; of course those race queens were partly to blame for the rising heat.

I've taken 280 shots in total so expect some delay in the posting of the girls and the action cuz the pics are real big in size, trust me, it's worth the wait.

How many sheep do I have

There once was a blonde who was very tired of blonde jokes and insults directed at her intelligence. So she cut and dyed her hair, got a make-over, got in her car, and began driving around in the country. Suddenly, she came to a herd of sheep in the road. She stopped her car and went over to the shepherd who was tending to them.

“If I can guess the exact number of sheep here will you let me have one?” she asked. The shepherd, thinking this was a pretty safe bet, agreed. “You have 171 sheep,” said the blonde in triumph. Surprised, the shepherd told her to pick out a sheep of her choice. She looked around for a while and finally found one that she really liked. She picked it up and was petting it when the shepherd walked over to her and asked, “if I can guess your real hair color, will you give me my sheep back?” The blonde thought it was only fair to let him try. Your a blonde! Now give me back my dog.
